Wega are a top Italian machine, part of the CMA group which also manufacture Astoria.
This machine is ideal for a mobile catering set up, small or large or for premises with a limited electrical supply. Dual fuel machines are also great for really busy establishments, but they don’t have the space for the larger machines. Using the Gas & Electric combined rapidly heats machine and keeps a constant supply of steam and hot water.
As it is duel fuel the machine can run on LPG/Gas, electric or for the ultimate power both combined.
Summary of work carried out on this machine
As part of our in house refurbishments, the machine has had all new gas parts, all new mechanical parts, Solenoid valves, flowmeters, all new seals/gaskets, o rings, filters and a new motherboard. It has been completely stripped to the frame, all copper and brass components have been descaled, all body panels have been professionally powder coated in a Satin Black finish. Like all our refurbished machines, it is mechanically like new and also looks new, with its new paint job.
